Michael Yuz, MD, MBA
Co-Founder and Co-Director
Dr. Yuz is a US board-certified diagnostic radiologist, with extensive experience in advanced modalities, including MRI and Cardiac CT. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Radiologist, Director of a Cardiovascular CT laboratory, and Head Medical Instructor for a Cardiovascular and Body Section program at a major university teaching program.
Currently Dr. Yuz is CEO and Executive Radiologist at an international teleradiology firm he founded in 2008. Dr. Yuz trained at several preeminent institutions, including New York University and Thomas Jefferson. He received an MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University, focusing his studies on telemedicine.
Floyd Katske, MD
Co-Founder and Co-Director
Dr. Floyd Katske is a board-certified adult and pediatric urologist. During his career he has served as Chief of Urology at the Olive View/UCLA Medical Center, Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital and was elected President of the California Urological Association. He was appointed by the Governor of California to serve on the California Medical Board’s Quality Review Committee for which he was awarded a Citation for Distinguished Service.
Dr. Katske has published extensively on various topics in general medicine, urology, radiology and public policy. He was Editor of the Weekly Urological Clinical Letter and Contributing Editor for Uroradiology in the American journal Urology. Currently, he is President of the Hutton Family Foundation
Dr. Katske graduated with honors from the George Washington University School of Medicine. He trained in general surgery at Georgetown University and completed a four year residency in adult and pediatric urology at UCLA.
Mario Orsini, MD, EMBA

Dr. Mario Orsini is a business leader, clinical radiologist and educator with 18 years of medical imaging experience in a variety of clinical settings.
Currently, Dr. Orsini currently serves as Global Medical Affairs Lead Artificial Intelligence at a major medical device company. He also served three terms as an elected corporate board director for one of the largest physician-owned radiology groups in the United States and was involved in several transformative initiatives, including corporate restructuring and M&A activity. During his career, Dr. Orsini also has served as Clinical Assistant Professor in Diagnostic Radiology at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, a clinical radiologist and a US Naval flight surgeon.
Dr. Orsini received a DO from Michigan State University and completed the diagnostic radiology residency program at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
Brian Phelan
Co-Business Administrator
Brian Phelan is Chief Business Officer of an internationally recognized teleradiology firm as well as a board member advising CEOs of various companies in the healthcare services industry.
Previously, at Siemens Healthineers, he initiated a new Key Portfolio Element focused on delivering radiology services across the globe. He also started a new division for a public company and within one year completed three acquisitions across the US, building a company that has operations across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Brian earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MS Certificate in Executive Management & Strategic Planning from Cornell University.
